At Colas Rail Italia we are all aware of how much safety depends on the contribution of each and every one of us, from the CEO to the personnel working on the construction sites.
Our commitment to such an important issue is expressed through the leadership style of our managers and a safety culture shared by all the people working for and with the Company.
Risk identification, reduction and elimination are the goals of ongoing training and procedural improvements in order to prevent accidents and protect the health of all the people on work sites, in offices and in branches.
Since 2008, we have maintained a tangible commitment to achieve the “zero” when it comes to safety and, in order to assess the actual progress, we have introduced constant monitoring system, also extended to our subcontractors.
