Code of Ethics

Colas Rail Italia’s ethical references are the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2011 and the Code of Ethics.

Our Code of Ethics sets out clearly the values which we inspire, defines Company liabilities in achieving business objectives and fully incorporates both the requirements of the Bouygues Group and the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01.

Specifically, it expresses the commitments and ethical responsibilities in the conduct of business and company activities undertaken by directors, employees, third parties as well as suppliers, partners and/or persons who have relations of any kind with the Company.
