COLAS RAIL ITALIA OBTAINS ATTESTATION TO ISO 30415:2021

Colas Rail Italia has been certified according to ISO 30415:2021 – Human Resource Management – Diversity and Inclusion a reference guideline that supports organizations in integrating the principles of valuing diversity and their ability to be an inclusive company into their management systems.

The certification, which focuses on the entire HR cycle and beyond and is recognized globally, was issued following a verification process and audit activities conducted by the RINA certifying body.
